Founded in 2019 PAL Elite is a basketball club run by the Phoenix Police Department. We offer a quality basketball program at no cost to our athletes and their families. We currently have 4 total teams. We have a 15U, 16U and 17U travel teams that compete in the Prep Hoops Circuit, with our 16U and 17U teams competing in the elite ACBL. In the Spring we also carry an Unsigned Seniors team that competes in Elite Tournaments put on by Prep Hoops and various college scouting services.
Our goal is to give our athletes the opportunity to learn and enjoy the game of basketball while competing against the top teams at the local, regional and national levels. PAL Elite offers a program that will develop and improve the athletes individual skills as well as the team's, promotes good sportsmanship, and encourages club loyalty. We demand a high degree of ethical conduct by all coaches, players, volunteers and parents in order to provide a good example for the community, opponents and other PAL Elite players. By accomplishing these goals, we will equip our players with the necessary competitve and technical skills to play at the high school and college level.

Good coaches have more impact on society and the leaders of tomorrow than any other person on the planet. A good coach is more than a championship trophy. A good coach travels. He or she is the voice that stays inside a young man or woman's head throughout their life in times of adversity and prosperity. Good coaches change the world one kid at a time.
The stakes are high, bad coaches are too often the example. The pressure to win at all cost continues to rise, the value of a scholarship often trumps the value of development, and the pathway to progress in the profession is rarely about good teaching and high character. Good coaches are leaving the profession because of these and other reasons. It is time to act if we want great leaders to continue to be in front of our kids. The Arizona Basketball Coaches Association is the community where good coaches go to be served, developed and connected. To be revived, refreshed and supported so they will continue to step into the gym.
We want to be a community that serves rather than takes from good coaches. Therefore, we are committed to removing as many barriers as possible. Membership is FREE for EVERYONE that aspires to grow in their ability to teach the game and impact kids in a positive way. Become a member today!
